Talks & Consultation

I offer talks and consultations for organizations, creative teams, educators, and conferences interested in ADHD, creativity, and how environments shape attention and regulation.

This work is structured and responsive. I bring clear frameworks and guiding concepts, while staying attuned to the room and the questions that emerge. I’m often invited into spaces where people are trying to understand something more clearly:

  • how ADHD shows up in adults or students

  • how creativity and attention intersect

  •  how space, structure, and expectations affect the nervous system.

Rather than delivering one-size-fits-all solutions, I work in dialogue by adapting ideas, tools, and frameworks to the context and the people in front of me. My perspective draws from art therapy, ADHD mentoring, and years of working directly with individuals navigating attention, creativity, and overwhelm.

I’m especially interested in how physical environments and everyday structures influence how people feel and function, and how small, thoughtful shifts can create meaningful change.

Designing ADHD-Friendly Entrepreneurship & Workspaces

60–90 minute educational presentation

This talk explores how ADHD entrepreneurs and employees can work with their brains instead of against them and how tools and environments designed with flexibility and visual clarity can reduce overwhelm and support follow-through.

Using examples from creative and digital platforms, the session looks at how structure, visual design, and reduced cognitive load make a meaningful difference for neurodivergent minds.

Side Note: Talks are adapted for adult audiences and can be tailored for entrepreneurs, teams, classrooms, and organizational settings.
