RATE:​
60-Minute Consultation: $175
45 - 60 minute Sessions: $150 per session​

Every person has a story- not always told in words.
Sometimes it lives in color, rhythm, silence, or the curve of a line.
Art therapy is where those stories find form, where you can show up as you are, and let something deeper speak through the creative process.
Sessions are $150, and they flow between 45 and 60 minutes.
Some days, you might find what you need in 45 minutes; other days, the work needs more space.
I don’t charge more for that, or less — because what matters is the honesty of the process, not the clock.

Our first session (at least an hour) is where we slow down and take a holistic look — who you are, what’s unfolding, and what kind of support will feel right.
From there, we draw from a mix of approaches, like:

Mindfulness: to ground and open awareness

Voice Dialogue / Parts Work: to explore the voices and stories within you

Creative Process: to move beyond language and into something intuitive, felt, and real
