This page is for adults with ADHD who want to go deeper than surface-level therapy. By deeper, I don’t mean intense- I mean slower. More time. More attention.
"
"I tend to think of therapy less like a how-to guide and more like a film.
The kind where you don’t understand everything at first, but meaning builds as you keep watching."

what I mean by "digging deeper."
The work I do is in-depth and considered to be more long-term.
Sessions build on each other.
Nothing is random (even though I have a go with the flow process).
Nothing is rushed.
I’m interested in the whole story, not just what’s happening now, but how things connect over time.
Patterns.
Repeats.
Themes that keep showing up.
A big part of this work is mapping.
Together, we look at emotional, relational, and internal patterns and slowly build a kind of blueprint of your psyche.
This isn’t only about understanding ADHD cognitively.
It’s about understanding it emotionally.
How it feels.
Where it shows up.
How it shapes your inner world.
Over time, this kind of attention tends to create clarity, self-trust, and a different relationship with yourself.
how I think about the work.

who this tends to work well for:
This work tends to resonate with people who are willing to commit to the process. I’m known for long-term work, and I find this to be very beneficial for the process. Many of the people I work with:
-
feel things deeply
-
have a strong inner critic
-
feel misunderstood or different
-
have spent a long time trying to “figure themselves out”
They’re often curious, creative, and interested in music, art, film, writing, games, or fantasy worlds (yes, D&D comes up!).
